CG2Panel is a stripped-down version of ChairGun2 with a CGM-style interface. Using the same Ballistic math as ChairGun2 and ChairGun Mobile, CG2Panel is an enhanced Panel-based application providing ballistics data directly from the panel or (optionally) via a Table and/or Graph. CG2Panel started life as a simple development platform for the implementation and testing of ideas for ChairGun2. Following remarks about ChairGun2's bulk and complexity, I've strengthened the user interface of CG2Panel and generally made it suitable for release as a stand-alone application. CG2Panel gives remarkable power with a (very) small footprint both on disk and memory. It uses no additional .OCX controls other than the obligatory VB6 Runtime. Try it - I think you'll like it!
Build 4 has Spanish translations. CG2Panel is free to download and use. However, to get rid of the nag-screens, splash-screens and to liberate the Save and Print functions you'll need to have a registered copy of ChairGun2 on the same PC. Alternatively, if you're sure that you'll never need the advanced capabilities of ChairGun2, then you can purchase a CG2Panel registration separately via PayPal at a reduced price.
